Shipping Policy

All orders are packed and sent out same day of payment received. AusPost tracking will be automatically sent to your nominated email address once the order has been processed.

Please allow 3-5 business days for regular post and 1-3 day for express post (Australia wide).

Please check your spam folder for tracking if you do not receive it within the hour of your order being placed. Alternatively, please feel free to contact us at info@boardlordz.co to manually send tracking to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

It’s important to us that you’re completely satisfied with our products therefore we offer free returns in Australia.

We will gladly accept returns on all full priced items within 30 days of receipt.

For returns to be accepted the products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. We offer online credit voucher only.

Refunds and replacements will only be issued for manufacturing faults, please note this does not include general wear and tear.
